Yes. In the 3D editor you see every line on the pendant right away, front and back. The preview shows the proportions, with the dimensions in millimetres alongside. What you see there is what we engrave.

That depends on the pendant. The editor shows you live how much room is left and lets you write only as much as stays clearly readable. The Card offers the most space for full lines.

Yes, every pendant can be engraved on both sides. Usually your sign from a design world goes on the front and your words, a date or a name on the back.

Umlauts, accents and common punctuation are no problem. Very fine special characters are shown in the editor preview, so you can see how they work in the silver.

Yes. After ordering you have 60 minutes to check your engraving in peace and change it yourself. Shortly after your order confirmation, a separate email “Want to change anything?” arrives with the link, valid for 60 minutes. After that we help you with your order number.

Just get in touch. If the piece is already engraved, we find a solution together, through the 30 day return if needed.

Order by 2 pm on a working day and it ships the same day. Anything later goes out the next working day. Once shipped it takes 1 to 2 working days in Germany and 3 to 4 in the rest of the EU. The product page always shows the expected delivery window.

From solid 925 sterling silver, nickel free. The gold version is 14K gold plated.

The chain is included in the price: 50 cm of sterling silver. The ball clasp lets you pull it to any length you like, so you do not have to decide when you buy.

The Medallion comes in 15 or 18 mm, The Card measures 30 × 17.8 mm in portrait, The Ornament 11 × 15 mm.

Keep it dry and polish it now and then with a soft cloth. Silver darkens over time. That polishes away in seconds.

Gold plating is a layer and it changes as you wear it. Less contact with perfume, cream and sport keeps it looking good much longer. Clean it only with a soft dry cloth, never a silver polishing cloth on the plating.

Yes. We work with nickel free 925 sterling silver, which sensitive skin usually tolerates well.
