Engraved & shipped within 24h on working days

Orders placed by 14:00 Berlin time on a working day are engraved and shipped the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. We ship across the entire EU, free of charge (DHL). After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in Germany and 3 to 4 working days in the rest of the EU. You can change your engraving for 60 minutes after ordering. After that, production begins.

30 day returns, engraving included

Yes, really: you can return personalised pieces within 30 days as well. We believe a gift should be something you can give without worrying. Just let us know at sendhelp@markedjewellery.com, send your unworn piece back to us (Babes & Mohr GmbH, Bleibtreustraße 21, 10623 Berlin) and we refund the full amount once it arrives. Return postage is at your expense.

Something wrong with your piece?

If your piece arrives damaged or the engraving does not match your order, that is on us: contact us at sendhelp@markedjewellery.com, we cover the return costs and you get a replacement or your money back as quickly as possible, whichever you prefer.
